Zaffar descends from the legendary stallion Blue Hors Zack, who was very successful at Grand Prix level and leaves his mark on European dressage breeding. Mother S Deluxe descends from yet another legend; Sir Donnerhall I. Second dam Fleur de Lys also produced the Grand Prix horse Boheme de Lys and the Prix St. Georges horse S-Class ST.
