Zijn moeder presteerde onder de naam Wadro’s Jerina in de internationale sport met Marriët Smit-Hoekstra en klasseerde zich op 1.45m-niveau. Jerina is een halfzus van het 1.40m-paard Ingleton (v.Quasimodo van de Molendreef) en de hengst Santiago (v.Eldorado van de Zeshoek), die afgelopen winter werd uitgeroepen tot reservekampioen op de KWPN Stallion Show.
