- "10yo mare - Caruso – Cordial Medoc - Classiker Caretina is a ten-year-old mare who has competed at 1.35m. She would be an ideal horse for novice riders or amateurs looking for an easy, bullet-proof and safe horse. She has a very regular and comfortable canter, as well as a straight forward jump, all of which give her rider a strong sense of safety. She has a very straightforward temperament, has excellent rideability and is very calm when in the competition arena. She has been in the breeder's possession since her birth, ridden by a lady and raised as a family horse. She could also be very suitable for equitation competitions. Her sire Caruso is known for his excellent temperament, ability, rideability and longevity, which he passes on to his offspring. He qualified for the Beijing Olympics and became vice national champion in the Czech Republic. His sire Caretino is a highly respected Holstein sire who has produced many internationally successful horses, such as Chupa Chup under Bernado Alves, Christallo under Richard Spooner or Casall la Silla with Rolf-Goran Bengston, amongst others. The dam Cyra competed at 140 cm and also competed in basic dressage competitions. In addition to Caretina, she also produced the mare Cyra who competed up to 130 cm. The stallion Cordial Medoc himself competed at 145 cm, whilst his sons Carlo (M.R.Melotti) and Venice (Marleen Brugging) reached 160 cm. The mare Cordelia was herself successful in dressage up to Grand Prix level."
